Takoyaki is a Japanese cuisine that is mostly used as a snack. Takoyaki octopus is round and sometimes contained meat, served with sauces such as mayonnaise or soy sauce, and sprinkled with nori (Japanese seaweed) or beni shoga (tuna shaved thin) according to taste.
This time takoyaki recipe will be made using any ingredients that have been known and will be easier to cook, its no need much time to make takoyaki. Here is a simple recipe of how to make takoyaki at home
Ingredients :
1. 250gr Flour
2. 80 gr Liquid margarine
3. 1 tsp Sugar
4. 1 tsp Baking Powder
5. 250 ml Liquid Milk
6. 2 pcs Chicken Eggs
7. I tsp Instant yeast
8. 1 teaspoon salt
9. 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
10. 75 grams meat octopus
11. 50 grams cheddar cheese

1. Nori (Seaweed) or Beni Shoga ( as deserve)
2. Warm water ( as deserve)
3. Tomato sauce ( as deserve)
4. Chili sauce (as deserve)

How to make :
1. Dissolved yeast in warm water. Set aside about 10 minutes
2. diced in octopus form the meat and cheese chedar. set aside.

4. Mixed flour and baking powder, then sifted.
5. pour the yeast and sugar, and stir well.

9. Set aside the dough about 20 minutes.
10. cook the dough on a round baking dish. Pour half the batter, put the octopus meat and cheese chedar. wait until half cooked. then pour half the batter again and turn the takoyaki to be spherical. cook until done.
