Ingredients:

2 Tbsp of corn starch (more if required) liquefied in 1 Tbsp water.
Salt and white pepper powder to taste.

Directions:
Heat oil in the wok.  Include in garlic, onions,  ginger and stir fry up until they are great smelling.
Include in chicken meat and oyster sauce. Saute up until it is prepared.
Include in broccoli/ cauliflower florets, carrots, snap peas, yu choy, and tomato wedges and cook up until they are soft.
Lasly include in the shrimp and fish spheres and stir fry for another 1 minutes approximately or till the shrimps turn pink.
Include in chicken stock and let it simmer for about 1 minute. Period with salt and pepper.
Include in corn starch mix and stir up until the sauce is thickened.
Get rid of from the heat and put on the serving plate.
Serve right away with rice and other meals
