Mapo tofu donburi is an easy recipes of japanese food that you can try at home. It makes from some various ingredients that you can found at home such as tofu, meatballs, sausage, etc. Its better serve together with brown rice to reduce the calorie of the meals.
Ingredients : 250 gr Tofu, 3 meatballs, 1 sausage, 3 cloves garlic, 1 onion, 2 red chili, 1 leek spicy , chicken broth , 1/4 cup cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, pepper powder, salt, soy sauce
How to cook :
1. Cut meatballs and sausage until form chopped
2. Cut the tofu as you want
3. Prepare seasoning : garlic chopped, onions leek and red pepper, Prepare chicken broth
4. Saute the ingredients then add the meatballs and sausage chunks and wait until it become unpleasant odors
5. Then bolied the chicken broth and wait for add the tofu
6. Then add spices: salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce
7. Put cornstarch, wait until it mature and then add the leek
8. Finish. Serve it together with brown rice
