Ingredients :
1/2 bunch of organic lacinato (dinosaur) kale (about 3 cups chopped), 1/2 teaspoon , xtra virgin olive oil, 2 teaspoons mirin (Japanese sweet cooking sake), 1 to 11/2 teaspoons soy sauce, to taste, Pinch of sea salt, to taste
Hot to cook :
1. Wash the kale properly and cut the bottom side of the stem
2. Cut the kale by take some leaves together and chop the stem perpendicular from top to bottom. Give a small mark for bite strip at kale
3. Take the chopped kale at a small pan and warmed the oil in medium high heat. Cooked around 2 minutes until the leaves become more wilt slightly
4. Seasoning the mirin in to the kale then continued cooking around 1 minute. Cooking off the alcohol from the mirin
5. Seasoning with soy sauce and add a little salt for more taste. Continued cooked the sauce until become more faded. Yet still strong, around 2 minutes
6. If you want, you can continue cooked the kale until it more tender and properly cooked, around 3 minutes
7. Serve asap at a small individual plate
