Usually Chicken Nanban be served using soy sauce or vinegar. Vinegar can be increasing taste and can be cleaned from bacteria. Lets go to make this food at home
Ingredients :
1. 400g chicken (thigh meat)
2. 2 pcs eggs
3. Lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes
4. Salt & pepper
5. Wheat flour
6. Vegetable oil for frying
(For the tartar sauce)
1. 100 ml mayonnaise
2. 1 boiled egg
3. 40 g onion
(For the sauce dye)
1. 3 tablespoons soy sauce
2. 3 tablespoons vinegar
3. 1.5 tablespoon sugar
Preparation
1. Create tartar sauce. Peel the boiled eggs and diced into 5 mm size. Finely chopped garlic. Enter the ingredients into the cup, and mix with mayonnaise. Make the sauce by mixing the dye soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Put the sauce in the tray.
2. Placed the chicken on a cutting board with facing down skin position. Tilt the blade to make an incision to open the flesh in order to produce the same thickness of around 1 cm. Use the tip of the blade to cut the muscles of white. Cut the chicken into pieces about 4-5 cm long. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Break and whisk 2 eggs in a bowl. Put the chicken in the dyes sauce for 1-2 minutes, to make sure each piece is coated on both sides.
