Practicality, is a word that definitely to described this  meal. We dont  need to provide a vegetables  or other dishes  to eat rice. In sushi, meat included directly in the rice. And finally, this provision became popular.
Rice Sushi  Ingredients :
1. 150 grams japan rice
2. 200 ml water
3. 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
5. 1 teaspoon sugar
Material contents:
1. 2 sheets nori, in  size 19x20cm
2. 6 pieces of crab sticks
3. 6 slices avocado, cut long
4. 8 slices  Japanese cucumber, deseeded, cut long
5. 1 teaspoon toasted sesame white
6. 1/4 teaspoon black sesame toasted
How to make:
1. Sushi rice, wash the rice thoroughly then drain.
2. Take in to rice cooker. Pour the water. Cook until well done and Allow for a few minutes
3. cast the rice in the tray while its still hot, then  Set aside and let it warm.
4. Mixed rice vinegar, salt, and sugar until smooth.
5. Pour in some places in the rice. Stir gently with a wooden spoon until well blended. Cover with a clean, damp cloth. Rice is ready for use.
6. Take 120 grams of sushi rice, then clenched-fist. Place on a sheet of nori. Flatten and leaving 1 cm from the tip.
7. Sow the middle with a mixture of black sesame and white sesame. Turning over Makishu (woven bamboo).
8. Placed  crab sticks, avocad and Japanese cucumber. Rolled while  pressed.
9. Served sushi while it warm
Top Tricks sushi:
1. Cut with a sharp knife which have been  smeared with a little oil.
2. Rub a little water to make it stick to the tip of nori
