How To Make Mochi Tasty Cakes and Chewy
Material :
1. 200 gr glutinous rice flour
2. 100g granulated sugar
3. 20 grams of regular rice flour
4. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
5. 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
6. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
7. 250 ml water
8. 35 gr meizena flour (roasted)
9. 30 g sugar (to contents)

How To Make chewy Mochi Cake :
1. Combine flour, rice and glutinous rice flour, mixed well
