INGREDIENTS:

1. 150 g dried somen
2. 2 sheets nori
3. 24 medium-size shrimp, peeled, leave the tail
4. 60 g flour
5. 1/2 tsp salt

SAUCE:
1. 1 tbsp cooking oil
2. '/ 4 tsp garlic finely

5. 2 tbsp mirin

HOW TO MAKE A SHRIMP NORI:
1. Cut the somen in 5 cm size
2. Cut the nori in  10 x 2 cm size . Sliced the belly shrimp in to straight.
3. Put the flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl, make a hole in the middle.  Mixed the egg yolk with  water, pour the yolk mixture gradually to the flour and mix well.  Add enough water if the dough of the flour become thick.
4. Set somen neatly and flat on flat container. Dip the shrimp into the flour mixture, immediately roll over until the whole body somen  wrapped the shrimp.
5. Brush the dough with a little flour nori, stick  the middle of somen, so its  not be separated.
6. Heat oil in a pan in  a high heat. Enter 2-3 shrimps, fried  until well cooked and yellow-brown (± 2 minutes), remove and drain. Serve with sauce.
SAUCE:
1. Heat oil in a skillet, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. Remove from the heat, transfer to a bowl, put the Japanese soy sauce and mirin then stir well.
