Cooking Takoyaki, Japanese Snack from Kansai Region

Takoyaki is one Delicious snacks from the Kansai region, Japan. Takoyaki shape of a small round resembles a ping-pong ball. In Japan, takoyaki is made from wheat flour dough and filled with chunks of octopus inside.
Takoyaki Snacks has grown recently, but not all knows  about takoyaki. Its a unique name  and its a delicious snacks . this meal  become a trend among young people.
For lovers of Japanese cuisine may already be familiar with takoyaki which has many variants contents. Remarkably Takoyaki can be filled according to our tastes. , somet of takoyaki  contentained  with chicken, calamari, cheese, sausages, etc. The takoyaki Content  is depend on individual taste.
Our interest in Japanese cuisine, made us curious to make your own and feel pleasures. This time we want to share Simple Recipes takoyaki, so that everyone can try by  yourself at home.
Ingredients :
1. 175 gr flour
2. 2 egg yolks
3. 1 pcs chicken eggs
4. 350 ml  liquid broth
5. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
6. 100 gr squid peeled and steamed and diced
7. 1 leek, chopped
8. 100 ml bulldog sauce, ready to eat
9. 50 ml mayonaise
10. Katsu busyi taste
11. Right amount of oil
12. 1/2 tbsp salt
How to Make simple Takoyaki :
1. Whisk the eggs and egg yolks until well blended, then pour the liquid broth little by little until evenly smooth
2. Then mix the flour, baking powder, salt and stir well.  Enter into the broth mixture, stirring until  the batter become  thick and well blended
3. Heated Takoyaki mould, basting with oil, spread with the dough until 1/2 part of the mold
4. Put the piece of calamari and onion, pour the flour dough again to  covers the takoyaki, and close the mold.
5. Cook until the takoyaki  dough swelled smoothly, then turn the takoyaki using a stick in order to make the  round well
6. Cooked the takoyaki until cooked through, then remove the heat.
7. Placed takoyaki  on a serving plate, sprinkled  with busyi katsu, then serve with mayonnaise and bulldog sauces☕
