Ingredients :
1 lb. beef sirloin, trimmed and thinly sliced into bite-size pieces
1 large yellow pepper, seed and thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, crushed with press
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. grated peeled fresh ginger
12 oz. frozen French fries,
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 plum tomatoes, halved and thinly sliced
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Direction :
1. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and cumin in large resealable plastic bag, Place sliced beef in the mixture and toss to coat, Seal bag and let stand 20 minutes or up to overnight. Meanwhile fry the French fries as label direct.
2. Drain beef and discard marinade, Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high to high heat. add drain beef,  Cook for 3 minute, give good stir until browned, stirring twice, Transfer beef to plate
3. Heat the remaining oil in the same skillet over high heat. Stir-fry the onion and the pepper for about 5 minutes or until aromatic and almost tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes and beef, stir and cook for 2 minutes, remove from the heat.
4. Serve with fries and garnish with parsley.
