Banana bread definitely is one of my favorite dish. It is moist and delicious with loads of banana flavor. It has great texture and yummy.
We know everyone loves banana bread and everyone have a recipe for banana bread. And actually most of them are good, right? If you wanted a moist, tender loaf chock full of pure banana flavor with a gentle sweetness, then you need to try this recipe, which is my all-time favorit,  best homemade banana bread ever, you only need few ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, butter, sugar, egg, and overripe bananas) and 3 step that will guide you to make this delicious banana bread. Using overripe is a great solution in this recipe, the browner they are the better. It will be the easiest banana bread you will ever make and will not disappoint. Trust me this recipe will produce perfect result and you’ll never need another recipe again.

Yield : 12 servings
Total time :1 hour 20 minutes 

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas

Direction :
1. Set oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan
2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Meanwhile Mix butter and brown sugar in separate bowl, Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture just until moistened. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, remove from pans and place top side up on wire rack. Cool completely.
4. Serve and ready to eat
