Ambrosia Fruit Salad Recipe and Easy Cooking

Serve a different menu at new year? Why not.  In Greek mythology, ambrosia (Greek: Αμβροσία) is sometimes described as the food, also sometimes as a drink of the gods. Often ambrosia believed to give eternal life to those who eat them. According to its literal meaning, ambrosia means a dish for the gods. 

Ambrosia is a variation of the traditional fruit salad. Most ambrosia recipes contain fresh or sweetened pineapple, mandarin oranges or fresh orange sections. But This Ambrosia Fruit Salad  combines 4 types of fruit ( orange, papaya, blackberry, starfruit) with a sweetened pecan honey clover – the perfect {healthier} way to dress up your ordinary fruit salad!

Ambrosia fruit salad has so much benefits, as an enhancer of nutrients, vitamins fulfilling the needs of the body, and feed the minerals that are useful in the process of digestion.
Fruit has excellent bioavailability. Therefore, they can be easily assimilated and digested by the body. fruits also as a way of diet when the stone age when humans and commonly done in the days. Eat  fruits help venereal disease, age and poor physical condition. 
Obviously you want this year as sweet as dishes are served, right? 

Preparation:1 hour 10 minutes
yield : 6 servings

INGREDIENTS
4 large seedless oranges
1 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 papaya, peeled and thinly sliced
1 liter blackberry
3 star fruit, sliced
1 1/2 cup pecans Blueberry or clover honey

DIRECTION
Remove the skin and membrane from oranges and slice them into 1/4-inch. 
Place a layer of orange slices in the bottom of a large glass bowl, add the coconut layer, then a layer of papaya and blackberry, then starfruit, and then pecans. 
Repeat this process until all the pieces have been used. If the oranges is not sweet, blueberries or clover honey will help.
Cover the bowl tightly and chill for an hour or more before serving.
