EKKADO Recipe, a dumpling from Japan Food Style

Japanese cuisine become most  popular in Indonesia. This dumpling food is already familiar to the public. Now you can try to make ekkado, with the following recipe guide.
MATERIALS A:
• 175 gr shrimp finger
• 75 ounces of chicken breast meat, minced
• 20 quail eggs, hard boiled, peeled thin beancurd
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• yarn / rope (to bind)
MATERIALS B:
• 1/2 tsp fine salt
• 1/2 teaspoon flavoring (optional)
• 3 tablespoons flour aci / tapioca
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
• 1 tsp ang ciu / sake
• 2 soy sauce / fish sauce sun cap (canned)
• 1 tsp sugar
• 25 cc egg white
• 2 tablespoons chicken fat (optional)
HOW TO MAKE EKKADO:
1. Peeled the shrimp and remove its droppings then  add baking soda to the shimp.  set aside
2. wiped the shrimp (until its chewy) then chopped.
3. Stir the shrimp together with salt, pepper, ang ciu, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar and 1 tablespoon aci.
4. Add the chopped chicken, 2 tablespoons aci, add oil , stired chicken (make from heated chicken fat ) continued with add the white egg and Stir well
5. Take the bean curd which have been soaked   in cold water before, then  cut in 10 × 10 cm size,  Filled the shrimp in to the dough, filled it with quail egg, and tied the top with yarn mattress
6. Steam about 15 minutes.
7. Dont forget to remove the yarn before served
EKKADO sauce :
INGREDIENTS:
• 5 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoons minced chili / sauce thumbprint
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons lime juice
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1/2 tsp fine salt
How to make ekkado sauce :
• Stir all ingredients together
