Dango a Easy Japanese Snack

Dango is one of the most popular snacks in Japan. You can easily find it in the streets of the country. However, you can also create these delicious snacks at home, following are recipes of dango you can try at home. Dango is one of delicious meal from japan that you can easily try at home.
Dango ingredients also easy found at traditional market. Dango usually eat at afternoon time or morning time.  Its also can found at many japanese restaurant, with many various type, some people mostly like original dango but others are mostly like variated recipes.
But mostly are provided us a very taste food that can make your mouth water by only imangined it. So, you can not just imangined this food but you should make it happen! and following is one type of dango that you can simply try at home.
Material:
Dango:
1. 100 gr Rice Flour
2. 100 gr Glutinous rice flour
3. 2 tsp. sugar
4. 2/3 cup (150ml) warm water
5. 24 skewers
Sauce:
1. 5 tbsp. sugar (sweet customize to your liking)
2. 1 tbsp. soy sauce (soy sauce)
3. 4 tbsp. water
4. 1 tbsp. cornstarch
5. 1 tbsp. water to dissolve cornstarch
How to make:
Dango:
1. Combined dango  ingredients in a bowl, add water slowly, stirring until the dough is fused and dull.
2. formed in small spheres, sphere boiled in a pan of water. If the sphere dango been floating to the surface, remove and drain. Puncture 3 circles in one skewer.
For the sauce:
1. Mixed soy sauce, sugar, and water in a small saucepan, boil until boiling. Add cornstarch diluted with water, stir well, remove from the stove.
2. You can also replace it with brown sugar sauce liquid to better suit
3. Serve the sauce together with warm dango
4. Dango will be better if served while its warm using sauces
