Light Chicken Shashlik Recipe

Shashlik in other words shashlyk is a kind of shish kabob crowd-pleasing in Eastern and Central Europe. Ingredients:
A pinch of chilli powder
1tsp ground cumin

2tsp tomato puree
4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, chopped into 2cm cubes
2tbsp natural unsweetened yogurt
Garlic cloves, crushed
1tsp root ginger, peeled and finely grated
½ tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1tsp ground coriander
1 onion, cut into chunks
2 tomatoes, cut into quarters
1 green pepper, deseeded and cut into chunks
2tbsp rapeseed oil

Instructions:
1. Absorb 7-10 wooden skewers.
2. In a pot, combine side by side the yogurt, garlic, ginger, black pepper, coriander, chilli powder, salt, tomato and cumin puree.
3. Include the chicken and mix up properly, coating all the chunks.
4. Wrap and cool for 2 hrs.
5. Thread the chicken into the skewers, rotating the meat with pieces of onion, tomato and green pepper.
6. Comb with oil, then barbecue for 15 minutes up until cooked through and golden brown.
7. To attain the roasting effect, heat an iron plate.
8. Put the chicken skewers into the plate and sprinkle a few drops of water and oil on it.
