Curry Sapporo Soup Recipe from Japan Traditionally Food

Curry  is the name for various types of lots of gravy  dishes cooked with spices to have a sharp and spicy taste. curry came from South Asia, mainly from India which has been extended to all countries in the Asia Pacific region and Europe.
Herbs and spices used to make curries are very diverse and not limited to coriander, turmeric, pepper, chili, paprika powder, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, anise, fenugreek, anise, bay leaves Koja, and cloves. Types of spices that are used depending on the type and country of origin of curry dishes.  And this is the guidance how to make a simple and delicious curry at home
Ingredients :
1. 4-5 pieces of chicken meat (wing section)
2. 2 cloves of garlic
3. 1 red oniom
4. 1 pcs carrot
5. 1 pcs potatoe
6. 1 pcs eggplant
7. 2 pcs chicken eggs
8. 2 boxes curry soup season
9. water

How to cook :

3. Sauted garlic and red onion, when it mature, add the  potatoes, and carrots.  Then add water and bring it in to boiled.
4. Pick up and transfer the chicken from the oven to the pot after the skin color  of the chicken has been change in to  brown.
5. Continued with  grilled the eggpant in the oven
6. Enter the Grilled  Eggplant in to the pot and simmer about 4-5 minutes longer.
7. Turn off the heat for a while and give seasoning carry.
8. Add  chili powder and ithe spiciness t can adjust ed depends on each individual desired
9. After the curry have been completed,  stir  the season in order to melt as soon as possible. Turn on the fire again and simmer about 3 minutes until it already well cooked
10. Serve the curry in a bowl while it hot for more deliciuos taste
