Chinese Beer Fish Recipe, use beer to cooking fish

Chinese beer fish is a well-loved meal from the area of Guilin in Yangshuo. 8 cloves of garlic, crushed
4 T soy sauce
8 oz beer
1 T oyster sauce

2 red chiles and 2 green chiles
about 1 inch of peeled fresh ginger root, sliced into matchsticks
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion

Instructions:
1. Heat up frying pan on medium fire.

3. Put fish in frying pan skin side down, salt the fish, and then cook on each part for 3 mins approximately till skin is light brown.
4. That's good too if you choose skinless fish.
