How to make Ginger pork (shogayaki)

Ginger pork or Shogayaki is Famous Japanese Food, using sauce and vegetables as complement for serve.. and than using beef or fish as main ingredient. How to make? see it
Ingredients : ½ lb. thinly-sliced pork loin (I use sukiyaki meat. See the tutorial for How To Slice Meat Paper-Thin.) ¼ onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger (about 1 tsp.), Salt, Freshly ground black pepper, 1 Tbsp. Oil, 1 scallion, finely chopped
Seasonings :  2 Tbsp. soy sauce, 2 Tbsp. Mirin, 2 Tbsp. Sake, 1 tsp. sugar
How to cook :
1. Grate union, garlic and ginger over the small bowl.

2. Add the season, you can add 1 spoon of sugar in order to make a little bit weeter if you like, but this is optional
3. Put the meat in to a plate  and seasoning with salt and pepper
4. Put the meat in the large non stick frying pan, after you heat oil in the medium to high heat,  then cook the meat in a batches  or take the meat in a sinlge layer. When the bottom side of the meat has change in to golden brown colour, the flip the meat. Make sure the cook time is very short when you find the the meat is very thin,  the pork shouldnt be over cook, and you should make sure it. But you should also make sure that its not undercook
5. Put the seasoning and chopped scallion when the meat is ccoked enough, then serve asap.
