Unagi Don (Unadon) like Sushi from Japan Food

Unagi shusi are most popular at all sushi restaurant. It will bring you to a sensational taste of shusi which can not compared the other. It will make your mouth water just by the aroma of the sauce. If sometime you visit japan you must find unagi restauran and try it !
Ingredients : 2 fillets of whole Unagi (eel), Sansho pepper (toppings)
Unagi Sauce (Unagi Tare)* : ¼ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup mirin, 2½ Tbsp. Sugar, 1½ Tbsp. Sake
How to cook :
1. The first step to make unagi don, is you should make unagi sauce first. Put mirin and shake in asmall sauce pan and boiled them to evaporated alcohol
2. Put the sugar and stir it until it really dissolved. Continued with add the soy sauce and boiled it. Lower the heat and continue cooking in a lower heat around 10 minutes, or until its become thicken. Turn off the heat
3. Cut the unagi in half ( or maybe third ) in order to fit in your bowl, while preheat your oven to broil in 290 c around 3 minutes.  Cover the baking using aluminiun foil and lightly brushed with oil. ( its usually done using spray oil). Take the unagi on top
4. Placed the baking sheet in the middle side of your rack oven, and baked in a high temperature around 5 until 7 minutes, its no need to flip. Take it form the oven after 7 minutes, and brush with unagi sauce over
5. Continue broiled around 30 to 60 seconds, until you can show bubble on top of unagi
6. Placed the rice in your bowl and take unagi sauce on the rice ( you can bruh it). Placed unagi on top of the rice and add more unagi sauce. Serve asap. You can also add some sansho
