How to make Peach Cheesecake, American Cake

Peach Cheesecake is New York Style Cheesecake. This Peach Cheesecake most popular in American or European. At several country of European/ American, people making cake for main food. Main ingredient of chesecake is egg and cheese, cake. And than you can prepare before cooking.
The fluffy cake with cheesy filling and crunchy streusel make you get great dessert.

Ingredients :

Cake:
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 stick butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 peaches, sliced into wedges
half of one peach for decorating

Cream cheese filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Streusel topping:
½ cup flour
⅓ cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons butter, cold and cubed

Direction :
1. For make cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F with rack in middle. Prepare 9x3-inch springform pan. Line the bottom of a with parchment paper. Grease the sides of the pan with butter or cooking spray. Set aside.
To make streusel topping
2. In a medium bowl mix the sugar, flour, and butter using hands, or fork, or a pastry blender until crumbly. Set in the refrigerator to chill until ready to use

To make cream cheese filling:
3. For preparing the filling using electrical mixer beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar in a medium bowl for about 30 seconds or until smooth, Add vanilla extract and an egg, and  then beat for about a minute more until well blended and very smooth. Set aside.
4. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, into a medium bowl.
5. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat together butter, 2 eggs and sugar until very light in color and fluffy for about 2-3 minutes on high speed.  Add vanilla and Greek yogurt, continue beating until very creamy and light in color, for about 1 more minute. scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
6. Keeping the mixer speed low, mix in sifted flour and mix until combined. Make sure for not over mix.
7. Transfer the cake batter to the spring form pan. add cream cheese mixture evenly on top. Top with sliced peaches. Sprinkle the streusel mixture over the fruit.
8. Bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour (depending on your oven) or until the cake turns golden and cake test done.
9. When the baked, let it cool (still in the baking pan) on a wire rack. Once cool for about 40 minutes, release the cake from the spring form pan.
10. Slice the remaining one half of the peach into very fine slices, and top your cake with those slices, scraping and putting streusel on top of these slices, for decorating purposes.
