Ingredients:
200 grams chicken breast, boiled, chopped
100 grams sweet corn
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
750 ml chicken broth
200 ml pure cream
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon butter
2 pieces of white bread

Topping:
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Direction:
1. Melt butter in the saucepan. Add onion, cook for 2 minutes or until onion has softened or fragnant.
2. Add flour. Cook, stirring for 1 minute. Gradually add chicken broth and stir for 1 minutes (until thick)
3. Reduce heat to medium. Add chopped chicken , sweet corn, pure cream. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until soup thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Sprinkle with cheese and chopped parsley
5. Serve with bread.
