Nachos is such a trash food but there are nachos on menus all over the city, so I decide to try a different nachos recipe that I found a week ago, Canadian Barbeque Nachos.

Here’s what you will need
Ingredients :
½ bag of nacho chips
½ pound fried sausage, crumbled (for extra smoky flavor I recommend you to use farmer sausage)
1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
2 cups cheese, shredded
2 tbsp of pickled peppers
1 tbsp of coconut oil
Direction :
1. Remove and separate sausage from the skin and fry the crumble till crispy.
2. Grease one large cast iron frying pan with coconut oil.
3. Layer all the listed ingredients in the greased frying pan.
4. Place the cast iron pan on a medium to high temperature BBQ
5. Close the barbecue for approx. 5 min or till the cheese is melted. Be sure to check frequently.
6. And for final touch you can serve this dish with some salsa and guacamole.
