4 large seedless oranges
1 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 papaya, peeled and thinly sliced
1 liter blackberry
3 star fruit, sliced
1 1/2 cup pecans Blueberry or clover honey
DIRECTION
1. Remove the skin and membrane from oranges and slice them into 1/4-inch.
2. Place orange slices in the bottom of a large glass bowl, add the coconut, then papaya and blackberry, then star fruit, and then pecans.
3. Repeat this process until all the pieces have been used. If the oranges ares not sweet, blueberries or clover honey will help.
4. Cover the bowl tightly and chill for an hour or more before serving.
