Simple Make Sukiyaki: steak of beef, vegetables and tofu

Sukiyaki is not only delicious meal but also very healthy because its contained many variety of nutrient. This cuisine contained much protein so it can fullfilled your daily protein needs.beside that,  Sukiyaki also contains vitamins and minerals through fiber-rich vegetables.
Chicory can prevent cancer while keeping the levels of estrogen in our body. sukiyaki also can avoid clogging of blood vessels through addition of mushroom
Ingredients :
100 gr beef tenderloin, sliced
200 gr tofu, diced in size  2 cm
50 gr sun which have been soaked in boiling water and drained
200 gr chicory which have been cut in crosswise around  2 cm
200 g carrots which have been cut in crosswise
4 hioko mushrooms hioko
4 leeks cut about 3 cm
100 gr onion cut in crosswise
4 tablespoons cooking oil
Ingredients for sukiyaki sauce:
100 ml Japanese ketchup
2 tbsp  sake
75 mili mirin
2 tbsp sugar
250 meat broth or vegetable
How to Make Sukiyaki:
1. Make the sauce first by mixing all sauce ingredients
2. Heated the pan,  Pour the oil and saute onion until fragrant and tender. Then add the leeks, carrots, mushrooms and chicory. Stir all ingredients until cooked.
3. Add tofu, noodles  and sauce and bring it to boil
4. Add the sliced meat one by one. This is to prevent  the sliced meat will patch each other
5, cooked until the sliced meat have been matured then take the meat.
6. Sukiyaki ready to be served and will be more delicious if still hot
