Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake Recipe

A delightful mix of chocolate and mayo makes a lip-smacking chocolate mayo cake. This is an out-of-this-world sweet course to end any mealtime. Chocolate cake is everybody's best-loved and use of mayo makes it more wet and luscious. Mayo is a thick and luscious dressing made from egg yolks and veggie oil. It is seasoned with white vinegar or lemon juice, mustard, and salt. Use of mayo jazzs up the taste and scent. Let us have a look at this amazing meal.

Ingredients:
Sugar, 1 cup
Baking Soda, 2 tbsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
All-purpose Flour, 2 cups
Mayonnaise, 1 cup
Water, 1 cup
Cocoa, 3 tbsp

Brown sugar frosting:
Confectioner's Sugar, (sifted) 1¾ cup
Milk, 2 tbsp.
Packed Brown Sugar, ½ cup
Butter or Margarine, ¼ cup

Instructions:
1. Pre-heat the oven at 350° F.
2. Lubricant and flour the baking pan.
3. Blend side-by-side flour, cocoa, sugar, and baking soda in a big blending bowl.
4. Include vanilla, water, and mayo to it.
5. Go away at medium speed, till well-blended.
6. Put the batter right into the baking pan.
7. Heat it at 350° F for approximately 25-35 mins.
8. Enable it to chill down entirely.
