Chicken Karaage Rice Recipe with Teriyaki Sauce

At Japanese restaurant, there is a menu thats like a Kentucky fried chicken, but its just  fillet. The name is chicken karaage. Once I go to supermarket then I found caraage chicken in plastic packaging at frozen food's rack, then I buy one to try at home, and this is the recipes:
Ingredients:
chicken caraage
1 tbsp white pepper
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 pieces white pure
2 cm ginger
1 tbsp  tomatoes sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch flour
1 1/2 tbsp wheat flour
Oil
mayonaise
How to cook :
1. Cut the chicken breasts as desired
2. Mixed seasoning (except flour and cornstarch) with chicken until evenly distributed. Then placed in to refrigerator and let it for 1 hour.
3. Mixed  cornstarch and flour. Heat the oil over medium heat.
4. Take the chicken from  refrigerator and grab a piece by piece and roll it into the flour mixture. then fry until slightly undercooked (golden). Fry until the chicken runs out.
5. If everything had fried golden, drain. Then heat up the fire and then add again tje exaggerated fried chicken.  Fry  like this will make  the meat  juicy inside but  crispy outside.
6. For teriyaki sauce: Cut 1/2  onions, red and green peppers, salt, white pepper and soy sauce teriyaki. Saute the onion until it fragrant, then add the paprika.
7.  Put all marinade. Add water until the  cornstarch become thick. Bring to boil and serve over chicken meat.
