Beef Taco Easy Recipe, Mexican

Taco is a tasty snack from Mexico. Taco consists of tortilla rolls and mincemeat. A tortilla rolls actually made from corn flour, but now it can made from wheat flour. This is part of the food innovation.
How to make Taco is very simple, because the ingredients are easy to find. Nevertheless, you have one problem when you will cook Taco. The original Taco contains pork. Whereas you know some society and culture in the world forbid to eating pork.  But, don’t worry! Keep calm! Because we will share to you about Taco’s recipe without pork, we use beef. Please read and try it!
INGREDIENTS:

For tortilla batter:
500 gram wheat flour (medium protein)
300 gram corn flour
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
200 ml vegetable oil
500 ml warm water

For meat batter:
1 kg beef (minced)
400 gram butter (minced!)
10 cloves garlic (chopped!)
100 gram wheat flour (medium protein)
500 ml broth
0.5 teaspoon rosemary
0.5 teaspoon thyme smooth
2 bay leaves
0.5 teaspoon fennel powder
2 teaspoon coriander powder
6 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon salt
4 leeks

INSTRUCTIONS:
To make tortilla:
1. Prepare a bowl, put all tortilla dough here
2. Knead this dough until flexible
3. Take a little dough, then round it off
4. Roll up the dough till flat
5. Cover the dough with damp cloth for 20 minutes
6. If the tortilla dough already expands, let’s bake them until cooked
To make mince beef:
1. Saute beef with all spices
2. Put wheat flour
3. Stir until blended, dry, and lumpy
To make tortilla beef:
1. Grab a tortilla shell
2. Put mince beef onto it
3. Folding the sides up into a semicircle
4. Put tortilla beef on a plate to be decorated (garnish)
