Ingredients:

• 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
1. Liquefy yeast in warm water; set aside.
2. Heat 1 cup milk, and put together with 1/2 cup sugar plus 1/2 cup butter or margarine.
3. Set aside to cool down.
4. In a different bowl beat eggs.
5. Include eggs, vanilla, and pinch of salt to cooled milk mix. Mix together.
6. Add yeast mixture.
7. Gradually add flour and raisins until dough comes away from the bowl.
8. Knead the dough till elastic.
9. Prevent handling the dough more than required!
10. Put dough in a nicely oiled bowl.
11. Set aside to increase till grown in size in a draft free location.
12. Merge 2 cups cold milk, 1/4 cup sugar, and bit of salt in a pan.
13. Mix in rice, and give to a boil.
14. Include 1 tbsp butter.
15. Minimize heat, cover, and cook for around 20 mins, till done. Set aside to cool.
16. Punch down the dough, and knead a few moments.
17. Set right into the center of a 9 x 14 inch casserole meal that has actually been splashed with non-stick cooking spray and gently floured.
18. Spread dough in meal by tap carefully to all sides.
19. Let increase for 15 mins.
