Japanese meat rolls with Vegetables Content and Mushroom Sauce

You only need 30 minutes to make this  special recipe, now are you ready to try How to Make Beef Roll Japan Contents Vegetables With Mushroom Sauce recipe.
Ingredients :
1. 6 steak cow
2. 12 stalks asparagus
3. 12 leeks
4. 1 carrot
5. 60ml (1/4 cup) light soy sauce
6. 2 tablespoons sake (see Top tips) or dry sherry
7. 2 tablespoons mirin (see Top tips)
8. 2 teaspoons sugar
9. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
10. 40 grams butter
11. 100 g button mushrooms, thinly sliced
12. Steamed rice, to serve
How to Make Beef Roll Japan Contents Vegetables With Mushroom Sauce:
1. Bring a pot of water to boil over medium heat. Meanwhile, the two beef at large. Put half a side of beef at his side between 2 sheets of plastic. Using a meat mallet or rolling pin, thinned it  until 4mm thick. Repeat with remaining beef.
2. Cut the asparagus and onions in  8cm long. Cut carrots into  12x8cm shape sticks. take asparagus and carrots in boiling water for 30 seconds. Add the onion, then boil for 30 seconds. Drain, refresh in ice water, then drain again. Pat to dry with paper towel.
3. To make rolls, placed 1 slice of beef length wise on a clean flat surface. Place one asparagus stalk, 1 carrot and 1 leek. Roll the beef up vegetables neatly closed. Lock rolls with toothpicks. Repeat with beef and vegetables remaining.
4. Combine soy sauce, sake, mirin and sugar in a bowl. Dip the beef rolls and cover with a mixture of herbs in a bowl. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add half a roll and cook, turning, do it for 5 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Remove and put in a plate and cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining oil and beef rolls. Clean skillet and remaining seasoning.
5. Reheat the wok. Melt the butter, then enter the fungus. Cooking using  tossing tecniquess , for 3 minutes or until browned. Stir in seasoning remains to a boil, then remove from heat.
6. Placde the roll of beef that has been cooked into a serving dish. Flush with mushroom sauce and serve with steamed rice.
Note:
Beef rolls is known as negimaki. You can vary the vegetables to the contents of rolls such as green beans, corn or spinach  according to your tastes. You will need 12 toothpicks to lock the roll of meat.
