Vanilla Bean Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:
¼ cup butter (melted)
1½ cups white sugar
5 eggs (whole)
3 vanilla beans
1 packet (18 oz.) vanilla sandwich cookies
2 pounds cream cheese (softened)
½ cup heavy cream
¾ cup sour cream
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Directions:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 350° F; softly lubricant a 10-inch springform pan with butter.
2. Put the sandwich cookies inside a plastic bag and squash them using a rolling pin.
3. Move the crumbs to a bowl and blend them up with the scraped seeds of 1 vanilla bean.
4. Put a small of the melted butter into the mix, and mix.
5. Move this into a springform pan and keep it apart.
6. In other bowl, beat the melted cream cheese together with the sugar on medium speed utilizing an electric mixer, for approximately 3 mins.
7. When the mix transforms soft, include the eggs (one by one), 2 vanilla beans, vanilla extract, heavy cream, and sour cream, to the bowl.
8. Mix these at medium speed for around a min.
9. Put this combination over the crumbs put in the springform pan.
10. Load a baking meal partly with water and put it under rack of an oven.
11. Put the cheesecake on the mid rack and bake it for 1 hr and 25 mins.
12. Monitor if it has done, using a knife.
13. Switch off the oven and allow the cake fill in it for around 40 mins.
14. Eliminate and cover it with cling wrap; calm down in the fridge over night or at least for 3 hrs prior to serving.
