Instructions:
1. In a bowl, blend the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, and salt side by side.
2. In other bowl, blend the eggs together with the apple juice concentrate and buttermilk.
3. Whisk in the flour mix and wheat germ into the egg mix up until the components combine effectively.
4. Include approximately 2/3 of the sliced apples and sliced walnuts to the batter.
