• 1/3 cup chicken broth
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 1/2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
• 2 tablespoons minced garlic
• 1 fresh red chile pepper, minced
Instructions:
1. Put together marinade components in a bowl.
2. Include pork and blend very well.
3. Allow stand for 10 mins.
4. Cut tofu right into 1/2-inch dices.
5. Put together sauce components in a bowl; reserved.
6. Put a wok over high heat till hot.
7. Include oil, swooshing to coat parts.
8. Include garlic and chile pepper, and cook, stirring, till great smelling, approximately 10 secs.
9. Include pork and pan-fry for 2 mins.
10. Include tofu and sauce.
11. Cook, stirring carefully, up until tofu is heated thru and sauce boils and condense.
12. Put in a serving bowl and then garnish with green onions.
