Ingredients:
Nutella mousse:
• 1/2 c whipping cream
• 1 Tbsp confectioners sugar
• 1/4 c Nutella
Pudding:
• 1 c + 2 Tbsp milk
• 3 oz baking chocolate
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/3 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp Cocoa
• 1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 1/8 tsp salt
Topping:
• Mini marshmallows
• Salted peanuts, chopped
• Almonds, sliced
• Melted chocolate
Directions:
1. Utilizing a medium pan, combine sugar, cocoa, salt and cornstarch.
2. Blend side by side then slowly stir in milk.
3. Blend to combine.
4. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, up until mix begins to boil.
5. Remain to stir for one min.
6. Get rid of from heat then stir in the chocolate, vanilla and butter.
7. Mix till butter and chocolate is liquefied.
8. Divide pudding uniformly amongst 7 little mason containers.
9. Press cling wrap straight over pudding.
10. Cover with Mason jar tops then put in fridge for 30 minutes
11. To make topping, utilize a cold blending bowl.
12. Include whipping cream and confectioners sugar to the bowl.
13. Whip with an electric mixer (or a whisk) up until stiff optimals form.
14. Include Nutella and carefully fold in.
15. Get rid of the cling wrap from the pudding.
16. Divide the Nutella mousse uniformly amongst the dessert containers.
17. Top with tiny marshmallows, almonds and peanuts.
18. Sprinkle with chocolate sauce or melted chocolate chips.
