2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
With a medium mixing bowl, put together eggs, milk, club soda and orange juice.
Mix in flour, salt, vanilla and sugar to create a smooth dough.
Heat 1 tsp butter in an 8-inch frying pan.
Apply little ladle to include sufficient batter to coat bottom of pan in a paper-thin, even layer, rotating pan as required to cover.
Cook for 2 mins on the early side and 1 1/2 mins on the second side or till the pancake is gently browned.
Eliminate and keep warm while cooking the remainder of the pancakes with the rest of the butter and batter.
